venpkr Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account with, or using any service provided by venpkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and venpkr. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

venpkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of last amendment is displayed above.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

The following eligibility conditions apply to all persons seeking to register or maintain an account with venpkr:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. venpkr strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification is performed during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and any account found to be registered by a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and funds may be forfeited.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own name and on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You may hold only one (1) registered account on venpkr. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current registration information. venpkr reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. venpkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account information.

• You must not share your venpkr account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify venpkr's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• venpkr reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation where suspicious activity, fraud, or security concerns are identified.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, games played and deposits made — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have formally reported a security breach prior to that activity occurring.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

venpkr processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and others), debit card, USDT TRC20, Skrill and Neteller. Available methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed in the cashier. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your venpkr account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. venpkr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, subject to method-specific restrictions.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification (KYC) prior to processing. Players who have not completed KYC may experience delays. venpkr strongly recommends completing KYC at the earliest opportunity after registration.
• venpkr reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on transactions and may request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals.
• venpkr does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, third-party fees levied by payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

venpkr may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives ("Promotions"). The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps. These are communicated at the point of offer.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players. venpkr reserves the right to withdraw any Promotion, adjust bonus amounts or recover bonus funds where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Promotion is being exploited or abused.
• Only one active bonus may be applied to a venpkr account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• venpkr reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on venpkr — including live casino tables, slots, fishing games, crash titles and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules as presented within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters directly relating to that game.

• venpkr's RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology. Results are independently audited and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any third party.
• Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers (including but not limited to Evolution, Ezugi and SA Gaming) and are subject to those providers' operational rules in addition to venpkr's Terms.
• In sports betting, in the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of an event, venpkr's decision, made in good faith, shall be final.
• venpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, at odds that were incorrectly displayed, or where collusion, fraud or match-fixing is suspected.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the venpkr platform and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts or software to place bets, access account information or interact with any part of the Platform.
• Collusion with other players, dealers or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information, including false age declarations.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Money laundering, fraud or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Opening multiple accounts or facilitating the use of another person's account.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

venpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available within your account dashboard at all times:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss limits — cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders — receive alerts when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum of six months.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

venpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion or money laundering.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• A self-exclusion or cooling-off request made by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement request.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting venpkr support. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any pending verification requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, venpkr, its directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, cyber-attacks or factors beyond venpkr's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors or game providers.
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms.

venpkr's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the venpkr Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks and user interface designs — is the property of venpkr or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent from venpkr is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy and Data

venpkr collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. venpkr implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the venpkr Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through venpkr's internal complaints procedure by contacting our support team. venpkr will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.

14. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and venpkr regarding your use of the Platform.
• Language: These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translations (if provided), the English version shall prevail.
• Waiver: venpkr's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
